It's eye-catching, economical and a great way to make your next event a memerable occasion. All bounce house are sanitized and cleaned after each use. *** Our bounces houses require an electrical source within 75ft of the unit. *** If you are having the party at the park, make sure there is a functioning electrical outlet. Or you may rent a generator, from us, for $75.

Terms and Conditions

TERMS OF LEASE

In addition to the terms below, and the operation guidelines on each rented item, the Lessee (customer) agrees to supervise the operation of any rented item and further agrees that if the item is damaged, he/she will reimburse {{company_name}} for the full price to fix the damage and/or the full replacement value of the rented item. Before signing this contract, Lessee agrees that he/she has read the entire contract, has agreed to all terms and conditions herein, and has had all questions he/she may have answered to the Lessee’s full satisfaction and understanding.

Delivery / Operation / Payments

To address specified by Lessee. Lessee grants {{company_name}} and its employees/contractors the right to enter said property for the delivery and return of the rented equipment at approximate times.

  • All payments must be made at time of delivery. No refunds will be made after the equipment has been delivered.
  • For jumpers, the Lessee agrees to provide one electrical outlet rated at 115 volts with 20 amperes capacity per motor unit within 50 feet of each unit. No additional electrical cords are to be used.
  • If the blower stops or air pressure is low, remove all users immediately, then check the problem:
    • Ensure air tubes in the rear of the unit are tied securely to the blower or tied off.
    • Ensure the electrical cord is plugged in and is the only device on that circuit.
    • Check circuit breakers.
  • Customer is subject to an additional charge of $20.00 for all service calls due to electricity.

General Rules for Safe Operation

  • Operate units over a smooth, compatible surface such as grass or hardtop. Do not operate over rocks, brick, glass, or jagged objects.
  • Unit cannot be moved by Lessee after placement by {{company_name}} employees/contractors.
  • Unit must be properly anchored prior to use. Anchors applied by {{company_name}} must not be removed.
  • Never attempt to relocate, adjust, or service a blower.
  • Never use during high winds, gusty winds, thunderstorms, or lightning. Do not resume use until adverse weather has ceased.
  • Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines located on the unit.

Additional Safety Rules

  • Before entering the unit, users must remove shoes, eyeglasses, belt buckles, and sharp objects.
  • Never play, jump, or enter a partially inflated/deflated unit.
  • Never allow users to climb or play on the walls, columns, netting, or roof.
  • Follow the number of riders and rules posted on the unit.
  • Do not plug/unplug the motor repeatedly (this can burn out the unit). You will be responsible for resulting damage.
  • An adult who understands these rules must supervise at all times.
  • Do not exceed the maximum number of users per age group.
  • Water use is prohibited unless expressly authorized by {{company_name}}.
  • No horseplay in or around the unit. Only children of the same age group should play at the same time.

Additional Terms of Lease

  • {{company_name}} is not responsible for bad weather, electrical disruption, or other unfavorable conditions. Fees are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Absolutely no silly string or similar items (including food, drinks, confetti, foam, trash) in or around the unit. Such items cause permanent damage.
    • Lessee will be responsible for the full replacement value or a $75.00 cleaning fee if deemed not permanently damaged.
  • Lessee agrees not to operate the unit contrary to this contract and posted rules. Damage caused by misuse will be repaired or replaced at Lessee’s expense.
  • Equipment is for Lessee’s own use only and may not be loaned, sub-let, mortgaged, or otherwise disposed of.
  • Lessee is liable for loss by fire, theft, or any other cause.

Hold Harmless Provisions

Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold {{company_name}} harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, fees, damages, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from injury, damage, or death to persons or property in connection with the use of the leased equipment. This includes manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the equipment.

Lessee releases and holds {{company_name}} harmless from injuries or damages incurred as a result of the use of the leased equipment. {{company_name}} cannot be held liable for injuries resulting from inappropriate use, acts of God/nature, or conditions beyond its control or knowledge. Lessee also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless {{company_name}} from any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of the equipment during the lease term and any extensions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

{{company_name}} makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the condition or performance of any leased equipment. Lessee agrees to immediately cease use and contact {{company_name}} if any equipment shows defects or improper working conditions. Lessee uses the equipment at Lessee’s own risk.

Breach / Indemnity / Arbitration

If Lessee breaches any term of this lease, Lessee will pay all consequential damages and indemnify {{company_name}} for costs incurred in enforcing the lease or defending any claim arising out of operation of the equipment (including judgments, attorney’s fees, and costs).

If {{company_name}} determines Lessee has failed to comply, it may: terminate this agreement; reenter and retake equipment; declare outstanding rent/charges immediately due; initiate legal proceedings to recover equipment or monies; and/or pursue other remedies available by law.

If a conflict arises, {{company_name}} and Lessee will abide by {{company_state}} state laws and forgo filing a lawsuit to solve the dispute.

Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity

The following applies to any EVENT(S) (e.g., inflatable play structures, Lasertag, Knockerball) and any RESTRICTED AREA as defined below.

  1. Acknowledges and agrees to inspect any RESTRICTED AREAS upon entry and continuously thereafter; if anything is unsafe, will immediately inform officials and leave the area and/or refuse to participate.
  2. Releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Releasees (defined in your original text) from all liability for injury, property damage, or death arising out of or related to the EVENT(S), whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
  3. Agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost arising out of or related to injury or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
  4. Assumes full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage arising out of or related to the EVENT(S), whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
  5. Acknowledges that the EVENT(S) are very dangerous and involve serious risk; injuries may be compounded by negligent rescue operations or procedures of the Releasees.
  6. Agrees this Release extends to all acts of negligence (including negligent rescue operations) and is intended to be as broad as permitted by applicable law; if any portion is held invalid, the balance remains in full force and effect.

BY SIGNING this contract, the undersigned acknowledges having fully read and understood this agreement (and any addenda), has been instructed by {{company_name}} personnel as a trained operator for the equipment, and accepts full responsibility for complying with these terms.
